Adam has been lucky enough to work in marketing for the 18 years on over 100 of Ireland’s biggest brands. Equally comfortable in both design & art direction, as long as there is an idea behind the work. He graduated from Croyden College of Art & Design, and has worked at a number of advertising & design agencies of varying sizes. He has been creative director at Creative Communications, The Hive Advertising, TBWA Dublin & Tequila Ireland. In 2006 he went into business Brendan O’Flaherty & Jimmy Murphy at the Hive Advertising. A highly creative boutique agency, he had lots of fun and learned more about the other aspects of the creative business (clients and stuff). The Hive was aquired by Publicis QMP in 2011. He is currently a creative Director at TBWA/Tequila Ireland. He has been awarded at the Sharks, ICAD, DMA, APMC, ADFX, AIM, The Social Media Awards (ire), The European Integrated marketing Awards, & a Gold Clio, and has had work shown at Sweettalk, in Luerzer’s Archive, the Huffington Post, Adweek, Le Cool, Ad Sneeze and Lovely package. Edel McCabe is Client Services Director with Publicis D and has over 16 years experience in the promotional marketing industry. She started her career in Renaissance Creative Group before moving for a seven year stint to Banks Love where she was client services director. Prior to Publicis D Edel was Managing Director In TEQUILA\ Ireland where she lead the team to build an award winning agency with a strong and diverse client list. Edel has been a board member of the APMC for the last 8 years and has previously served as Chairperson for two years.

Neil co-founded Mixtape Marketing in 2012, a new agency specialising in experiential excellence and out of home innovation. He has vast agency experience, previously working for Publicis D, Corporate Image and Slattery Communications. Over the years he has worked on brands such as Britvic Ireland, The GAA, Heineken Ireland, Danone, Sky, IDL and LinkedIn. Neil is currently the educational director with the APMC and is once again a judge on the MAAW Globe Awards. Neil has a BBS from DCU, an MA (PR) from DIT, and has also completed The AMPC/IPM Diploma in Promotional Marketing.

Niamh has extensive marketing experience from working in a number of different above and below the line agencies. Niamh is currently a Director and Head of Activation at Ogilvy Dublin who is responsible for developing business in different marketing channels on a number of key accounts including Jacobs, Diageo, SCA, Kellogg’s and Stephen’s Green. She has excellent activation experience from her time at Ogilvy on these accounts and others including Cadbury & GSK. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Niamh worked in Creative Solutions, a below the line agency managing clients that included Irish Distillers, Tayto, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson amongst others. Niamh has above the line experience from her 5 years at McCann-Erickson in both London and Sydney working on a wide variety of FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical clients. As well as her commerce degree, Niamh also has a Post Graduate Marketing qualification, both from NUIG.

Róisín has over 7 years experience working in agencies both in Ireland and London. On completing a degree in Marketing in DIT Róisín joined Strategem Integrated Communications as an Account Executive where she worked with Irish and Global clients implementing through-the-line campaigns. Having spent some time in JWT London, Róisín then returned to Ireland and joined RothcoSocial+. In her current role as Client Service Director Róisín is managing and building strategic relationships with global and local clients and is working alongside the MD to develop and grow the business.

Richard is a Board Director at Pulse Group and joined the AMPC Board in 2005. A graduate of TCD Richard has been involved on the Agency side for over 15 years following 3 years working in education. Richard joined Pulse in May 2002 to head up Sales Promotion having worked with a number of agencies in the intervening years. Richard has managed the APMC Awards for the past number of years.

Simon is former Joint Managing Director of direction@JWT and has over 15 years experience in the Below The Line Industry. He founded InSight Marketing & Brand Services in early 2008 with a core focus on creating consumer action and reaction. Having worked with the APMC over the years mainly in a support role, he joined the Board in 2009 to manage Communications and PR for the APMC. Simon is committed to re-engaging the APMC with Agency Principals, Client Service Teams and Clients alike, ensuring that the APMC communicates in a relevant and modern way, while listening to the wants and needs of Members in order to shape the future of the industry and the Association alike.
